CHAIN COLLECTOR CD DELAYED
Due to re-organizing at the pressing plant, the CD production for Chain Collector`s new release is delayed with 4-5 weeks. We will post a new release date here as soon as the CD production receive a new time frame. We are very sorry about this but its out of our control at this point.

ANNOUNCEMENT
Tchort announce that the current line up of Green Carnation has split up. Although releasing the amazing concert DVD “A night under the Dam” earlier this year, the band felt drained of energy after the miserable organized USA tour put together by The End Records and their booking agent. The End records being one of the main supporters of the band the last years, bringing hope back to Green Carnation`s view on the music business, left the band with broken promises, huge debts, theft of license money and a poor organized tour draining the band for energy. The band doesn’t blame The End Records for all of its problems, but they made a bad situation worse by first giving the tour a green light when the conditions for the tour were doomed from the beginning and then later withdraw license money, merchandise money, merchandise and not paying the band or its sound engineer, leaving the band in debts. All of which could have been avoided by cancelling the tour before it started. The End Records lost money on the tour as well, so why it wasn’t cancelled when the contracts for the tour were offered to the label, is a unanswered question.
The deal for the tour was that Green Carnation would cover the flights to and from the USA, while the rest of the tour would be covered by The End Records and tour income. But in the end, the band covered the flights, their own fee, the fee of the sound engineer, some of the gas and hotel expenses during the tour, and paid for CDs that were sold during the tour. On top of that The End Records – withdraw the license money from the last album, took all the merch money and the CDs to cover their own losses. What The End Records had to gain from sending the band across the world, driving across the continent of America twice, just to come to a town where the local promoter haven’t been seen around for the last 4 months, or arrive at clubs that don’t even know you are coming, to clubs where the local promoter put up another show because the booking agent never replied to their booking confirmation so instead they went ahead and booked other tours on the same date.
In the end, it made the band members avoid live situations, tours and business partners. The band members felt they had little or nothing to give anymore, and I don’t blame them. I saw where we were heading and it wasn’t where we wanted to be at, so instead of ending up with a mediocre album, we decided to call it the quits after the most spectacular release we have produced so far; “A Night Under the Dam” on DVD.
Tchort will continue writing music under the name Green Carnation, but probably will never play live again with the band.
Harm announce that they have been joined by guitar virtouse Frank Ørland. Steffan and Frank played together in Scariot and the new addition is believed to bring Harm to the next level incorporating Frank`s insane speed-of-light solos to the already panzer tight thrash metal attack that Harm is know for. We look forward to the new material with Frank on board – Welcome!
Chain Collector announce that they have completed the recording of their second album bearing the title “Unrestrained”. Joined by Trail of Tears guitarist Runar, Chain Collector promise a diverse, intense and breath taking melodic Death/Black Metal album. The band also announced their first-ever live gig at Norwegian metal festival Southern Discomfort in September. Album artwork by Niklas Sundin.
The amazing 2nd album from Chain Collector will be titled "Unrestrained" and is set for a October 22nd release in Europe (October 19th in Germany). Some song titles are: Your halo of thorns, Bringer of Sins, The Letter I, Dominant and As the play unfolds. Chain Collector will make its live debut at the Southern Discomfort festival in Kristiansand, Norway on September 15th!

Chain Collector released a very well received debut album through Sound Riot/Massacre Records and are now preparing to enter Dub studio (Blood Red Throne, Carpathian Forest, Green Carnation, Scariot, Communic, etc.) in May 2007 to record its follow up album. The band also announce that Runar from Trail of Tears is now the new second guitarist in the band!!! KRISTIANSAND WITH A HAPPY GRIN ON ITS FACE
Wow! Danny Cavanagh, Mick Moss and Leafblade kicked ass during their excellent performance at Kick Music Hall in Kristiansand. A close to 4 hour long set, left people with a happy grin on their faces and we can safely say that this must been one of the most spectacular acoustic shows ever to be held in Kristiansand!

A NIGHT UNDER THE DAM - THE DVD PRODUCTION
The production of the new concert DVD from Green Carnation is almost done. In the coming weeks, the DVD will be mastered and digitalized. The band report of a great visual and audio quality concert with spectacular settings and lights. The DVD will also include a massive photo gallery from the concert and surroundings. Estimated production end is late October 2006, with a possible November release.
FRESH BLOOD? - COMING UP!
Norways ultimate Death Metal band; Blood Red Throne hits the studio in the coming weeks to record a pre production of new material for their next album. This will be the second album on Earache and the 4th studio album for the band. Recording of the new album is scheduled to December 2006, with a early 2007 release on Earache Records.
DEVIL CAME IN LATE BUT IS NOW AVAILABLE!
After a couple of weeks of delay due to illness here in the Sublife staff, the album is now available in most shops across Europe. Reviews keep praising the album for its aggression, great production and killer riffs! The band finished their live dates in Norway with Entombed and The Allseeing I among others, and are now looking for a European tour in support of their debut album.

HARM IS UNLEASHED!
HARM`s debut album "Devil" is now out in Europe! Reviews from Germany and Holland are raving and the band have started supporting their new release with live shows in Norway. First concert was held in their hometown Mandal, and the follow-up shows are taking place in Oslo (Amplifier) on 21st of September, Sandnes (Tribute) on 22nd of September and in Kristiansand (Kick Music Hall) on 28th of September together with Entombed and Manifest.
VENUE CHANGE
Information on the upcoming Entombed concert in Kristiansand is now updated: Sublife recording artist HARM, is added to the bill. This will be their release party and the ticket will include a listening party (warm up to the Entombed show) where HARM`s new music video will be showed on big screen + listening of their new killer album + cheap beer! In addition, Manifest is added to the bill. There is also a VENUE CHANGE - due to the extra bands and limited space at På Hjørnet. The concert is moved to Kick Music Hall which is located only 200 metres from På Hjørnet. Venue is bigger, sound and light equipment is better, so now you have the oportunity to go to the warm up party + see the gig at a big and professional venue.
NEW DVD FROM GREEN CARNATION IN THE MAKING
Wow, the long talked about concert with Green Carnation, 700 metres above the sea, several kilometres deep into the mountains, the band played under a 30 metres tall dam built in 1939. 500 people, some of them had travelled across the world! witnessed one of the most spectacular outdoor concerts ever to be held in Norway. With a string quartet and guest artists, the band performed their entire Acoustic Verses album and EP The Burden is Mine... Alone. You werent there? Dont worry, because later this year you will also be able to say that you have witnessed this spectacular concert, because the whole show was video filmed and taped for a soon-to-be released DVD!!!! We aim for a late November release :)
CARPATHIAN FOREST CONCERT MARATHON IN 2007
Carpathian Forest announce a concert marathon in early 2007 in support of their huge success with the latest release FUCK YOU ALL!!!! In less than a month, the new album have outsold the previous releases and now the band prepare for a second world tour, kicking off with a festival tour in Europe, alongside with Malevolent Creation and Rotting Christ + more, and then in support of Rotting Christ on a full European tour including Scandinavia, before the band will head over to the USA and do their first ever USA tour!
